Disruptive Core Technology
At the heart of Zerotwo Technologies is the Activated Ceramic Membrane (ACM), invented by founder Nidhin Jayaprakash. This technology separates air into oxygen & nitrogen efficiently at lower energy costs using waste heat without using external energy thereby making gas separation decentralised, low-carbon, and scalable.
Smart Integration with CASG and Biomold Systems
We utilise Controlled Arc Syngas Generation (CASG), a revolutionary carbon conversion method that uses certified, traceable biomass (Originrods) instead of fossil fuels. The hydrogen-rich syngas produced is then used to power additional processes like ACM activation, creating a closed-loop thermal and material cycle.
Circular Economy by Design
Originrods, our clean carbon feedstock, are manufactured from food, agricultural, or certified biomass waste. This ensures that every input to our systems is sustainably sourced and fully traceable, supporting carbon-neutral operations from the ground up.
Modular, Distributed Production
Rather than building massive, centralised plants like traditional CCS or hydrogen systems, Zerotwo can deploy compact, modular skids (like the Biomold and CASG units) at local or regional levels. This reduces CapEx, logistics emissions, and accelerates deployment across industries and geographies.
Eliminating Inefficiencies of CCS
Compared to Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) which merely buries emissions at high cost and high energy penalty, Zerotwo technologies prevents emissions at the source by using circular carbon, controlled combustion, and efficient gas management.
Sustainable Energy-Carbon Loop
The by-products of Zerotwo systems (high purity oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen rich syngas) enable local clean energy generation, chemical production, and industrial use without reliance on fossil systems, creating a regenerative energy-carbon loop.
